I got this card today from my assistant - and before I tell you what the inside said, let me tell you about my day.

You see, today I had a great birthday present.

Seriously great.

I sat at the kitchen table with the buyer's realtor, one of the buyers, and the guy they hired to inspect my house.

I thought that there might be issues, because one never knows.

No issues.

No problems

Loan already approved

they want to move the closing date up, as in sooner rather than later

Moving truck scheduled for pick up

Moving truck scheduled for delivery.

Spouse says law school schedule looks like a piece of cake, since school is out by Nov 29 - that's 3 months and half the "year" is over.

Well, except for the exams...

Then round two, and poof, one year is over, with just barely over 6 months of class.

so I put the house out on a "blue light special"

and the new buyer is just in love with it.... especially the deal part.

And come to think of it, I've had so many great deals in my life, I'm quite pleased to pass some of it along.
